Q: Chick-fil-A Waverly Place offers Catering Services. What exactly does that mean? A: Our Catering Service is much more than a Delivery Service. Our catering services include delivery to your business or group and the professional presentation of your menu items. Minimum order for delivery is $100.00. For orders less than $100.00, a convenient Pick-Up option is available. Q: What is meant by "professional presentation" of the menu items? A: All delivered Catering Orders come complete with tablecloth, mints, "Chick-fil-A centerpiece", divided plastic plates, fork kits with napkins, condiments, cups and ice (if beverages are ordered). Our highly trained Catering Staff will set your buffet table or counter surface up for you. Q: What are my food options? A: Chick-fil-A Waverly Place offers boxed meal options or an assortment of party-type trays. For a complete list of Catering Food options, see the Catering Menu. Q: Who orders from the Chick-fil-A Catering Menu? A: Schools, Churches, Pharmaceutical or Sales Representatives, Administrative Support in Corporate Offices, Real Estate Agents, HR Department Heads of Banks and Businesses, Wedding Planners, Reunion Organizers, Families ...any group desiring Chick-fil-A for a catered event. Q: How will the hot food stay hot and the cold food stay cold? A: Chick-fil-A Waverly Place transports Catering Orders in specially designed TMS (Temperature Management System) "bags". These "bags" feature hot lava-board packs for delivery of hot foods. These "bags" can be plugged in in order to keep the internal temperature above 140 degrees. The delivery of cold food items will be in cold TMS "bags" containing frozen insul-ice sheets to ensure that the internal temperature of cold food items remains less than 40 degrees. Q: What is the best way to order Chick-fil-A Catering? A: Online: www.chick-fil-a-catering.com Q: Are there any restrictions to your Catering Services? A: On-line Orders require a 24 hour advance notice. For orders needed in less than 24 hours, a personal telephone call must be made to one of our Catering Staff. Delivered Catering Orders must be at least $100.00 and within 15 miles of our location. (Some exceptions may be granted. Please call the Catering Director for details.) Q: How do you calculate how much food to order for a crowd? A: In calculating the amount of food to order for a crowd, review the Suggested Menu information and / or call our Catering Director (919-274-5219) for recommendations. Q: Are there any Special Programs for your Catering Customers? A: Yes, earn rewards points towards a Gift Card. For every $500 ordered, a $25 Gift Card will be mailed to you.
